The Ohio University Women’s Soccer team is looking to recover after losing to Kent State last season 2-3 in the MAC Tournament Semifinals after only losing one game in the MAC Conference. This season the Bobcats started off the preseason strong by going 4-2-1. However, they struggled in the first two games of the MAC Tournament getting shut out by both Kent State and Buffalo 0-2 and 0-3, respectively. Despite the poor start to the tournament the team was able to turn the momentum around and go 6-2-1. Head Coach Aaron Rodgers says, “It’s just a testament to how resilient these women are and wonderful they are, and it was a lot of fun to be around them.”
