Anonymous asked: hi, I like your tumblr. I was curious about your bio-- Romans 13:8. Can I ask -- why you chose that verse?
Romans 13:8 - Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law…
9For this, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, You shall not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 10Love works no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
I chose this verse because I use it as a reference, specifically during times where I may be angry or upset with someone, to always love, to not me judgmental or hateful or deceitful towards others.
As I look back on my life, I realize that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being re-directed to something better.

I’m not sure what I’ll do, but— well, I want to go places and see people. I want my mind to grow. I want to live where things happen on a big scale.
I don’t wanna be your friend
I just wanna be your lover

I’m slowly attempting to get back into running, I ran a mile in the morning yesterday and a mile in the evening…. it was hard and my right leg felt so off. I’m going to visit a doctor sometime next week, hopefully, to see if it’s something I can just run through or if I need to continue to rest it, which would suck.
I’m hoping I can just run through it because I just signed up for a couple of events. I’ll be volunteering at the Portugal Run this Sunday and I running in the Achilles Hope & Possibility race at the end of the month, God willing. Anyone else going?
